It is still a bit hard to tell if the kittens are boys or girls, but we are thinking the black one is a girl and the gray one is a boy. If we learn different we will adjust!

Changes Here, There, Everywhere
our honeysuckle is getting with it
Here:I am playing around here with the layout and design of this blog. I discovered lots of new ways to make my blog work for me so be patient. It may look different every time you visit for awhile.
There:
The garden shed now being converted into a guest cabin is shaping up nicely.
Today when we were trying to decide on flooring JEJ discovered the piece of vinyl left over from the kitchen. I knew there was a good reason to save it.
We moved furniture out of the former chicken coop and the house. This has been an inexpensive project. I can't wait until it is done.
Everywhere:
After the constant rain I finally was able to pick a bouquet. The late spring flowers are putting on a show.
The wedding garden got a small makeover.
We adopted new kitten siblings today. They are getting used to our place.
They are getting used to the camera quickly.
I never tire of the scent and loveliness of the irises.
After the Rain...A Double Rainbow
The light and color continued to change as the two rainbows appeared over Lake Roosevelt last evening.

The Cats: Rain or Shine!
Isabelle catching the sunshine before the rain.
She is always willing to share with Kit.
When it cools down she heads for her favorite quilt.
Time to reassure Kit that the thunder will soon go away.
Lily has her own safe spot way up high in the wood shed. It is nice and warm and dry.

You Can Find Kit Just About Anywhere!
JEJ loves to say that. It is true. You can find Kit just about anywhere.
He is helping with the renovation of the garden shed,
checking out the new seat in the wedding garden,
back again at the shed window,
then resting after another tour. We need a Kit Cam.

After the Rain.... A Gorgeous Rainbow and A Warm Fire
We had a bit of sunshine today before the rain paid us a visit again. The amazing thing this evening was checking outside while the rain poured and seeing a gorgeous rainbow arching over the lake.
It was perfect timing for a fire in the gazebo as the rain continued to fall and the evening cooled down.
Kit decided it was his job to check out the fireplace first.
Everett and Kit enjoying the fire.
Shelby and Annie loved the warmth of the fire.
The view from the gazebo is always beautiful.
