Rainbows Over Lake Roosevelt

We did behold not one, but two rainbows over Lake Roosevelt this evening. As we appreciated the beauty we wanted to capture it on film. I didn't have a wide enough lens and I was way too far way. I moved around to catch them from different angles. JEJ did what he could with his camera also.
You got the best you could with your camera and it's awfully good. I know it would be great to have a wide enough lens to capture the whole arc, but the beauty of the colors and the sky and landscape comes through beautifully in what you could shoot. They are terrific pictures.
ReplyDeleteWe should be Facebook friends! I posted a picture of the rainbow, and one of my friends did too! It's funny how rainbows are because Lake Roosevelt was BEHIND me when I was looking at the rainbow in front of me!! You got some gorgeous shots!!
